The project required translating complex regulations into clear, visually organized content to ensure potential tenants could easily understand and comply with the requirements. Distributed by brokers to prospective tenants, the booklet played a critical role in facilitating informed leasing decisions while maintaining the property’s cohesive aesthetic and compliance with local standards.
