Ping Psychology is a counseling practice founded by psychologist Ping Xu. The practice offers personalized therapy services both online and in person, with a focus on accessibility for individuals who speak English or Mandarin.
Problem
As a new practice, Ping Psychology needed a professional online presence and distinctive brand identity to establish credibility, connect with local clients, and make services accessible to both English and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Solution
I collaborated with Ping to design a modern, distinctive brand identity and translate her vision into a thoughtfully structured website. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I developed the branding and visuals, then built the site in Framer with bilingual functionality, including Mandarin translations of key content and blog articles. This inclusive design enhanced accessibility, broadened her reach, and established a professional online presence for the growing practice.
